Somewhere that is comfortable and private (your bed is a perfect place!). Online therapy is super cool because it fits into your schedule, without the commutes, and in the comfort of your own space. All you need is a smartphone, laptop, tablet or desktop…with a good internet connection.

We will meet at an interval that works best for you, I usually recommend every week or every other week depending on several factors. Sessions are usually 50-55 minutes in length and we will meet via video. During these sessions, we will discuss whatever you feel is relevant and connect this to patterns and themes related to your goal of feeling more like yourself and with less anxiety.

Not at this time! All sessions are conducted virtually.
